It doesn’t heat up quickly enough.

It takes about 1hr 10 minutes to dry a basic medium sized load. I was expecting 30-45 minutes for this sized load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t dry well

We spent a lot of money on a dryer that we thought would dry better than it does. It takes 2 cycles every time doesn’t matter what it is to dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First one only lasted 2 years

I purchased the first one 2 years ago. When it broke down they could not get the parts to fix it. I had to use my extended warranty to replace it and then buy a new extended warranty. Was not happy!

Dries my clothes so much faster.

I could not be happier with a dryer. I previously had a GE dryer and I loved it. It outlasted two washers so it was very easy to make the decision to buy another GE dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of drying options

Same size as our old dryer yet takes MUCH LONGER to dry ANYTHING. Instead of 45 minutes it's close to 2 HOURS. This is certainly NOT energy efficient!
