So far so good. Have only done a few drys to this point but the cloths come out nice and dry and even fluffy. Pleased with my purchase.

About the only set with custom water levels!

I purchased this dryer because I wanted a washer that truly would provide "deep fill". Other brands said "deep fill" but in reality provided very little water and not ability to override the system. If you want that feature and a matching set, this is pretty much your choice. The dryer dries clothes just fine. The main drawback is that the central knob is very stiff and it takes a decent amount of effort to turn. This is different from every other knob on the set. The dryer door requires a good push to ensure that it closes. I would encourage the design team to work on those 2 parts of the machine. Having the dryer door open down vs to the side is a nicer feature as it acts as a shelf and prevents accidentally having clothes fall to the floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you're not totally happy with your washer and dryer. The main cycle knob for the dryer will be a bit stiff on a new appliance but this should loosen a bit over time.
As for the water level on your washer, we wanted to say that the Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.

Such a wonderful dryer!

I haven’t had a new dryer in several years. This dryer is so wonderful and works so well, it’s a joy to use. There are only 2 small items of note: I have to slam the door shut a little harder than I would like, and the rotating dial is stiff to turn to the selection I want. Hopefully it will loosen a bit with use. The manual doesn’t address either of these issues.
