Matching dryer

I had to buy a new washer. As my dryer was 23 years old I decided to match my new washer with a new dryer. Again, site unseen. I gave to get used to the different heat levels. Also, the door opens sideways instead of down which I have to get used to. I prefer it opening down, so the clothes don't fall out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not dry as well as past dryers. The clasp to shut the door cheaply made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding the drying performance, you may want to check the circuit breaker or fuse to ensure adequate power is reaching the unit. Making sure the ducting is unobstructed is also important for drying performance.
