Loud noises

Well it's very noisy and not sure with the dial if I'm on the right heat/dry setting, it's just not that great. I wish I had purchased something else

Not as expected

The dryer started smoking the 1st time we turned it on. We disconnected it and re connected everything. Crossing our fingers it doesn't happen again. The dryer makes a horrible sound every 5- 10 minutes. We have tried our best and have it on even ground. The off switch and the timer are not in sync. The dryer timer sounds off 5 minutes before the dryer turns off. The door is flimsy and terrible to open and close.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product appearance is great and the drying is great. The problem is that all my clothes come out full of lint

Good first week

Just started using the new dryer. It has a good capacity and drys pretty quickly. Surprised how small the outside was. I meant to measure the space to make sure this one fit into the space where we had the prior dryer and didn't check ahead of time however this one has smaller outside dimensions which is nice. The main dial is kind of difficult to rotate however I'm getting used to it. I like that it has dials and knobs rather than the electronic controls - one less thing to go wrong. I'm only giving this a 4 star rating for now since I haven't used it long.

Use of our new GE dryer was self explanatory and the clothes came out nice and fluffy without using a dryer sheet.

After the second delivery finally got a dryer that the burner was quiet not buzzing. I noticed dryer does not get as hot as the whirlpool dryer but it does dry eventually takes longer than whirlpool dryer. Let’s see how this turns out. First dryer bad experience the store I bought from was excellent in handling the return.
