Easy to operate, not very noisy, you can you Less Dry mode to have your clothes completely dried.

Gas Dryer review

This gas dryer is ok. As all appliances are these day not as well made as my dryer that lasted 20 years. One thing I do not like is the side door opening. I like the door that opens down so my clothes land on that if not in the dryer. With the side open door the clothes sometimes land on the floor
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dryer quit working after 2 weeks

This dryer is just okay. I have to slam the door really hard to get it to catch closed. It's louder than my Kenmore was. The dryer itself had to be repaired for not heating after only two weeks in my home. I probably won't buy another GE product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry that you're not completely satisfied with your dryer and we also apologize that the door is difficult to shut, it operates loudly, and that it already requires a service appointment. This sounds discouraging and we hate that you have to deal with all of this.
Our laundry design team takes feedback like yours into consideration when designing future models - we'll be sure to pass your comments about the door latch along to them.
As for the noise, there are normal sounds or noises that may occur when using your dryer, and there could also be a sound or noise that may not be normal. Love the simplicity of this dryer. Easy to use. has all the functions needed todry all types of clothes ie cotton vs. polyester. Runs well
