Balance issues

The washer is always going out of balance. It also twists the sheets and towels up that I am afraid I am going to rip them trying to get them apart

We do have some troubleshooting steps that may be able to alleviate these issues for you. First, we would recommend making sure your unit is completely level. You can adjust the leveling legs up and down by rotating them. More information can be found here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17817

We needed a gas dryer which are not very popular. This gas dryer is the perfect size for us. Works well and dries cloths/blankets etc completely.
