We owned a GE gas dryer previously and loved it and it lasted forever. This new dryer is bigger which we like and is working as well as our other one. The only item I'm not crazy about is the large turning dial for the different settings. It is not a smooth turn - makes me feel as though its stuck. Would still recommend this dryer.

We were looking for a larger capacity dryer. This dryer has features/functions that are simple to use...another plus. It stood out among other dryers in its price range.

My wife loves it, we had a 30 yr. old Maytag, it had a new motor replaced, about 15 yrs. ago, it finally died. We know GE is a well-known brand as well, that's why we went with it. She said it gets a little loud sometimes

I'm in love with this dryer. It's easy to operate and attractive. It has a large capacity. It's quiet. It pulls off all lint and the filter is very easy to clean. It gets super hot so my loads never need to run on a complete cycle. Seamless to operate. Large easy to read dials.
