Nice big drum. A bit nosier than my older one, but not that big of an issue for me. Towels do take longer to dry than I'm used to. Overall I'm happy and nothing has shunk.

Good price but....

I would say this project is just okay. The link screen is too small. Of course, one must clear that screen after every load but a load of towels will inundate the screen making you have to clear out the lower trap too. No auto setting. Price is good, though.

GE Still Works Well

I love it! It is large and beautiful. I love all the features and settings. I did not want anything digital or smart because smart is generally a headache, and it makes you feel dumb. I got just what I wanted, and it is perfect!

great drying but doesn't turn off soon enough

When we turn the dial to i.e., 40 minutes, the clothes are dry but the dial doesn't seem to move and it keeps drying after 40 minutes. It happens with all the settings. There is no sensor dry function. Also, the door is so hard to pull open that the machine moves when we have to yank it open. That is the only way to stop the drying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
