I had to wait 8 weeks for the dryer to arrive. It was worth the wait. I haven’t had to add time at all.
Reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the dryer time knob. It doesn’t turn easily; feels like if I force it it will break; and it doesn’t click so you have to guess if it’s actually where you want it to be.

The dryer will not heat up. We’ve owned it for 3 days and already need a service call. The knobs are unwieldy. The door is hard to clothes. We made a big mistake buying this product. Do not make the same!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Dryer

After reading many reviews. I was unsure of this dryer. Unfortunately, the days of having a heavy duty dryer that last forever are over. As long as I use the permanent press cycle on the left side of the dial my clothes always come out dry. When using the cotton setting, they never dry enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!
