a part went out after 2 months, took a month for warranty to get someone here, making crazy noises since they "fixed it". Done with GE

Broke after 2 days

I should have done more loads of laundry in the first 48 hours (per store, they would have replaced it). It did not heat and my replacement really does not heat fully on timed heat even if I use the entire 80 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to have repairs only a few months after buying but it was on warranty and I received very good service. I like it because it has a large capacity. Clothes do not come out wrinkle-free and I've tried different settings. I would pay more next time and get better quality one.

Good Dryer

For the money, this is a good dryer. It has plenty of drying options and a volume adjustable buzzer that rings when its done. I did the install myself and it was pretty easy. I have been using this drying for four months without any issues. Two small cons that I noticed for the unit. One is that the lint trap seems to be a bit small and I think a bigger trap would help speed up the drying process a bit. The second is that they should include a 90 degree elbow for the gas line hook up with the unit. My dryer sits in a tight laundry closet and it would not have fit without making a hardware run to buy a 90 degree gas supply line elbow.
I would recommend this to a friend!
