Not off to a good start

Not starting off good. Just hooked up and already having problems. Dryer only runs with door open. As soon as you close it. It cuts off. Tried calling support but not open on weekends.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gas dryer works very well. Clothes are dried evenly. Good choices on type of drying including wrinkle free.

Do Not Buy

I wanted a simple dryer, no bells and whistles or all that jazz. Some friends have this dryer and we use it when we vacation with them at their home. I always had good results with the dryer, so we decided to purchase this same product when we did a recent laundry room renovation. The first dyer delivered ran but did not get hot at all. Less than a week later, a new dryer was delivered. This dyer is just the pits. It takes around two hours to dry what I would consider a small to medium load of towels. It takes at least an hour and a half for regular clothes. I can't imagine what my utility bill will look like next time. I am so disappointed and will call for a service call to see if this can be rectified.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
