Poor drying

Not happy with the way it heats. Takes 2 hours to dry on the "more dry" setting that's on a smaller load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well made but slow drying

Well made product but it takes a while for clothes to dry. I expected it to be quicker switching from an electric to a gas dryer but my 20yr old samsung can kick this machine’s butt on quickness to dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
