Easy to use; however, it seems to take a long time to dry larger loads - at least twice as long as my previous dryer.

Drying times will vary according to the type of heat used (gas versus electric), the size of the load, the type of fabric (cottons hold more water than synthetics), the wetness of the clothes and the condition of your exhaust ventilation.
When clothes are taking a long time to dry or do not seem to be drying, the below troubleshooting tips can correct the problem. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18058

Great dryer for low cost

We didn’t need anything fancy, just something to dry our clothes. This dryer is perfect for us. We initially didn’t realize the door was reversible. Easy to do and makes it even that much nicer.

Not worth it

Don’t waste your time. Haven’t even had the dryer for a year and it’s broken multiple times. They refused to replace it and will only repair it, but it takes weeks every time for someone to come out so you’re left without an appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
