Basic entry level dryer

This model is a basic dryer and although it was sold as a pair with the washer we purchased it is not large enough to dry a matching load size in a timely manner. I am having trouble figuring out best settings and load size with this new dryer, even though I have reviewed the manual.

We’re really sorry to know that you are less than satisfied with this dryer.
There could be a number of reasons your dryer is not drying clothes, here are a few:
- You may need to check the lint filter and make sure it is cleaned out after every load.
- There may be too many items in the dryer. Only dry one wash load at a time. Do not combine wash loads to make one large dryer load. There may be too few items in the dryer. If the machine is not leveled properly a small load may migrate to the back of the dryer drum. If drying only one item and the dryer is level, add a few similar items even if they are dry to ensure proper tumbling and distribution. If less than 5 items are to be dried, a timed dry cycle should be used for best results.
- Improper sorting can cause drying difficulty. Do not mix heavy, hard-to-dry items with lightweight items.

Gave a 2 because it was nice to have a new appliance for once. Unfortunately, dryer did not last 90 days from purchase. About 5 uses and the dryer will not power on. Having trouble getting a repair person in my area. The reviews on this product were better than others. So I guess it's hit or miss.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love love love!!!

Love love love this dryer! Simple, no computerized controls to deal with, and the buzzer volume is adjustable so no heart attacks when the laundry is done 😁. Dries fast and love the interior light. No more missing socks! Highly recommend

Dryer not working since the day it was delivered

I think the gas dry is messed up I got the dyer delivered on October 4, 2023 and have not been able to use it yet and it's November 5tb 2023 because it not getting hot it's supposed to be a new dryer
