Smooth quiet easy to use

I bought these machines on the recommendation of a store that me and my family have been using for over 40 years(Better Living jamesburg n.j.).they have never steered my family wrong yet.This is a beautiful set.I have the G.E. profile stove and refrigerator and they are excellent as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GE Dryer - Easy to use

After multiple problems, we finally have the dryer working properly. But it still takes about twice as long to dry clothes as the old GE did. If I have to buy again, I'll be looking at other brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

slow drying

after set-up it wouldn't run. had to have repairman out to fix it. will dry clothes but takes longer on all settings than my old dryer. great capacity for large loads. i like analog settings. very easy to use. would recommend but not to a big family. takes to long to dry.

I like the dials instead of computer screen.

I love the easy installation, large dryer drum and lint trap in the front of the dryer drum versus the screen on the top of the dryer. I also picked it because it had a good energy rating, good customer reviews & really was glad it was in stock at Lowe's. It's very hard to find a major appliance in stock that you can take home with you. Because our dryer just died, this was very nice.

My only objection is that it has a small filter trap. My old dryer had a much better filter and was easy to remove and clean.
