We’ve used our dryer for about 1 month and getting used to it. We had to get used to the cycle amount and it properly drys. The features are easy to use

Watch reviews before you buy-i wish I would've

Very loud for a dryer. I live in an apartment; my neighbors are gonna hate me! Had to already have it serviced and I just got it 3 days ago. It's not drying! I should've kept my 25-year-old dryer!! New is not always better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New GE Manual Controls Dryer

This product was selected because it had "manual" controls (vs. digital), and because of the larger drum size. However, I find that the main control dial to choose load setting is very stiff and hard to turn. More importantly, the lint catch which is in the front of the machine below door opening (vs. the top) is too small and flimsy, and precarious to take out and put back after cleaning. Lint catch doesn't appear to fit well and allows TOO MUCH LINT to collect inside dryer vent opening which reduces efficiency and requires increased machine cleaning.

Not happy with this unit. Doesn’t heat well.

Doesn’t turn off. I said it the other day. It ran for 4 1/2 hours. Also doesn’t heat well. I’ve had this for two weeks and already had to call for service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
