Had it less than 1 month and had 2 service calls. Stopped heating and belt broke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I looked at 4 different stores ,and of all I looked at ,this one stood out with features I was looking for. I have been using it for about a month and am very pleased with all features.

I AM HAPPY TO PURCHASE THIS SET. SO FAR IT IS GREAT. I FELT A LITTLE LOST AT FIRST BUT SO FAR SO GOOD. I AM MORE OF A SIMPLETON SO ANYTHING THAT IS MORE THAN THAT I HAVE TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME TO LEARN IT. WE DO HAVE A INSTRUCTION MANUAL SO I WILL BE READING IT!

Don't love it!

I have been using this dryer, along with its matching washer for about two weeks and I have to say, "I don't love it." I was looking for a simple dryer, similar to my previous one and thought this model would be a good choice. It just doesn't dry as quickly as it should. Even on the 80 minute timed dry none of the fabrics have been dry at the seams and collars. And just forget about using the delicate setting unless you want to wait for at least three cycles to completely dry your items. Plus, when drying towels you need to empty the lint screen (it's teeny tiny) part way through the cycle to avoid the lint from bypassing the screen and filling the duct. The lint screen is hard to remove and even harder to get back in. It actually causes the light to flicker in the drum when pulling it out and putting it back in. If you have any hand, finger or wrist problems do not buy this model. The main cycle knob is very difficult to turn and does not give a noticeable click to let you know you're into the cycle. I have hit the start, heard a buzz and realized it was not quite into the cycle portion of the knob. The door is difficult to open and needs a hip check to get it to close. Also, after two weeks I am still getting a noticeable plastic, chemical smell that I hope dissipates over time. All and all I'm not exactly thrilled with my purchase. I should have read the reviews here beforehand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
