Excellent Machine

I bought this machine about 2 months ago and in elated I did it's 100 times better then the Maytag I had before.

Stopped heating after 7 days

Bought this dryer to match wAsher. Loved the features. However I had to return the washer due to noise and shaking issues. The day before they came to pick it up, it stopped heating up. It was in my home 7 days!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice size dryer

I have had this dryer since March 6th. It is a nice size and has some nice features as far as the amount of cycles. My problem is that it seems to take way longer to dry clothes than my last dryer. I seem to always have to restart dryer to finish drying loads when I put it on auto dry cycles and it doesn't seem to matter how much clothing or what types of clothes. It does not have a mositure sensor and I think that may be the problem. Wish I would have got the next model up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOTS OF CYCLES TO SELECT AND CUSTOMIZE

Very happy with my product. I like the look of hte machine, it has many cycles to choose from such as timed drying and air drying. I appreciate the different levels of volume on the buzzer!

I bought this dryer on a Sunday and it broke down 4 days later. Never had problems with GE but now having second thoughts about this purchase. GE do you stand behind your products?

Great Salesperson and Fast Installation!

I needed to buy a new dryer as my other one finally stopped working. I was dreading the process of having to shop for a new one and then wait to have it installed. The first place I went to was the place that I bought it! The salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy. He spent his time explaining to me the differences between the top load or front load, the size of the load it would hold, etc. He answered all my questions and I made the decision to purchase a GE based on what I knew for dependability! I love my new dryer!
