I am so dissapointed in both of our GE washer and dryer. They are both SO noisey. I have never had a washer that is so loud and bounces around so much. The dryer is loud and takes up to two hours to dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WE GOT THIS DRYER 18 MONTHS AGO AND ALREADY NOT HEATING AT ALL, WE GOT WASHER MACHINE AND DRYER BRAND NEW , AT THE SAME TIME ,WE USED TO HAD HOTPOINT AND THEY LAST ALMOST 10 YEARS AND THIS EQUIPMENT ALREADY BROKE BERELY 18 MONTHS OLD, IM SO FRUSTATED WITH THIS EQUIPMENT,,,,,,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a couple of months ago to replace an old one that stopped working. I like the feature where you set the more or less dry. This way I don't over dry the clothes and waste money.

I wanted a more basic dryer to replace a GE I had from 1996. I love this machine! It has basic features, dries well and is very quiet. It is a great dryer for the price.
