We are well pleased with this appliance. It is quite quiet, plenty of features, dries well and we can adjust the cycle alarm loudness from off to loud. Can’t ask for more.

Unhappy with the drying aspect of the machine takes way to long to dry my cloths, machine seems to run endless time to dry my garments. Also door has to be slammed almost to lock door on machine. I’m not happy at all with your product at all.

Loose pieces inside the dryer rattle around while it runs. Sounds like a broken/ loose bolt

Quiet and efficient!

This dryer handles all my laundry with ease. There is no bunching of bedsheets or clomping large loads. The dryer is quiet and doesn’t take long to completely finish a load (facilitated by the numerous cycle options).

I got the basic, but it works quite well

No bells and whistles. I just wanted basic dryer with at least 3 heat settings. This unit has that, and has performed without issue. Only reason in 4 and not 5 stars is that the door opens to side, not down like last one. So when I am pulling clothes out, they drop to floor, not dryer door. A fatal flaw? No, but the door opening down created a little table that held clothes as I folded them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
