This is my first gas dryer after 20 years with an electric one. I can’t believe how my life has changed for the better since I had this installed in May. I have so much free time that I don’t know what to do with myself!

Not really very happy with this new GE gas dryer. It heats much to hot, even on the casual (low) temp setting. And on high it never shuts off, and nearly burns the clothes. Have a tech coming next week, if this doesn't cure it, I demand a complete refund for the set (2) washer and dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I truly am very happy with my new dryer. One of the first things that I noticed was that my clothes were more wrinkle free when dry due to the size of the drum versus the smaller drum in my previous dryer. The dryer has all of the features that I need at a reasonable price rather than spending twice the price on driers that have an abundance of features that I do not need/use.
