After thorough research and I decided to go with the JU7100 and did not regret (still keeping my fingers crossed). I particularly liked the smart remote and it is easy to use. You can either use the pointer or the arrow button. The layout of the menu is easy to navigate. Smarthub function is effective and responsive. However, I do not like the Netflix layout on this new version. Still liked the old layout on my older Samsung Plasma. Some functions are hard to set up. I still couldn't figure out how to hook up the wireless sound bar to the TV so that every time I turn on the TV, the sound bar sound is being used instead of the TV speakers. Now, I have to manually switch to the sound bar speaker if I want to use it. Still trying to work/understand the uses of this TV with DirectTV 4K mode. I have Direct TV but many times while watching TV with 4K channels, it says "4K is not available on this TV". Not sure why. But overall, I enjoy this TV, the pictures and its easy to use menu. One problem I've noticed so far is when watching "Bloodline" on Netflix, there are times when the pictures kinda jumpy/shaky, like when you are recording something on your cellphone and your hand is shaky. Hopefully it's not the TV that is causing this.
We recently upgraded to the Samsung UHD TV, 65", and we're very happy with the quality of the picture.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wish the one-connect cable would have been longer, or for Samsung to sell a longer one.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: one connect cable too short
I would recommend this to a friend!

Software glitch
on June 9, 2015

Unfortunately until Samsung fixes a software glitch in all 2015 models, no one with a 2015 UHD TV will be able to hook up to a 4K signal. I also bought a 2014 UHD 4K about 6 months ago and everything was hooked up by Directv just fine and I have an awesome 4K picture. Makes no sense that a newer model wouldn't be unable to get the 4K signal and the 2014 would. Samsung, please fix this issue asap.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
I would recommend this to a friend!

Soap Opera Effect Conquered...

This is an excellent TV. It is better than the 2014 model. The Movie/Cine mode is the best. Its enhanced contrast is terrific (with LED dimming giving more depth that other LED sets). Not really enough analog sockets for my old-legacy stuff that I still connect to the TV, though. Bought through Samsung because regional retailers were still only selling 2014 stuff. Not much fussing needed to get optimal picture, either.
