This review is based on owning the TV for 2 weeks, so I cannot speak for durability, but the features and functionality are superb, picture is amazing, even when not using HD capable input. I will try to review again next year.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers

picture sound syncing issues

Love this tv, but my issue is the picture sound syncing and i have tried delaying the sound but it still not acceptable for a new tv. Its connect to a samsung sound bar and wireless subwoofer and i feel like its not giving me that true surround sound and picture matching.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: syncing issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the JU7100 series tv and I am very happy with the unit. It replaced my Samsung Plasma Tv with no regrets.Loaded with features and fantastic display of colors and details that you can see with the 4k.I highly suggest that if you watch sports then set the Tv on the auto motion plus to the clear mode, all other modes just don't perform with sporting events.Samsung is adding the HDR firmware update soon to this set so you can not go wrong.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, amazing detail in the picture

Direct TV and this TV meant for each other

Pricy but worth it so far. Outstanding picture quality. From a 58" Samsung Plasma to this 65" Ultra HD LED 4K. Dramatic improvement in sharpness. Looks like you can reach out and touch the people. Just a touch of the button to go from DirectTV to Digital Air Antenna to get MeTV. Only negative of Direct TV.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: pricy

Great picture, easy setup and good variety of apps

The picture is very sharp and was an improvement over my prior 1080P Samsung television. The setup was quick and painless and made easy by the connection hub. The SmartHub apps are decent and navigation to them is not difficult.
My only complaint is that while watching some shows there appears to be a slight lag and then it moves quickly as if to catch-up.
I have not tried the 3D functionality yet but have plans to soon once I purchase some glasses.

I am not a total video geek but this picture is significantly superior in every way to my previous 65 inch LED TV that didn't have colors or clarity like this. Awesome.

This 65ju7100 far exceeds my expectations, I really enjoy everything I watch because of the crispness of the picture. Hockey games are outstanding especially when using the "SPORTS" mode. I would definitely recommend this TV to everyone.
