I had an HP laser Jet prior that lasted a long time, it was a good device but was much louder and considerably slower than the new models. This unit is efficient and replaces not only the old print but other devices as well. So I print for less and also have less clutter and it does it all in less time.
Pros: Affordable

Very useful and functional printer. Easy to connect with wireless capability. Prints neat and quick. Worth the money. Not a lightweight; I put it on the bottom shelf so the downfall is one has to bend to use and fill the printer, but that is the operator's dilemma.

HP printer products I had purchased # 12 in the last 10 years. This is my second HP Color LaserJet same series. I'm very happy with the product, except the # 1 Purchased in Oct 2016. Has been working great until I printed labels. One got stock inside, I din't real eyes that I run out of guaranty. The cost of fixing the printer was as much the cost of a new one. Too bad, this printer with a good care will last for long time. I use this devise for the office. The ink cartridges are expensive but you get your money worth.
Cons: More RAM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little disappointed in having to buy ANOTHER printer within 3 Years. My last HP M477FNW only lasted 3 years when the fuser/drum went bad and a new fuser cost as much as a new printer and since we had the INK still left, we felt it best to purchase another unit so we could use up the expensive INK. Other than being very disappointed that the printer did not last more than 3 years and we are not a heavy user, the unit works well
