Very Cheap Components.

Jat screw on bottom that holds blade assembly broke apart after three months and now a replacement is not available. Will have to throw away new blender. Last Black & Decker appliance I will ever buy.

Blends... The. Breaks

Have had this blender now for about 5 months and like most the reviews on this site the base has now cracked. worked great while it was intact. No replacement parts to be found online. Has anyone found a link to this part? Might just have to purchase a new sturdier blender.

Jar Base Cracked, again.

The clear jar base cracked after a few months of use. This is the second replacement base that I have received. It's time for a new design or a new materials. No photos needed. Mine looks like the others here on the reviews. I would only recommend if you don't plan on using it more then once a month. Then you'll get your money's worth.

Jar base cracked... But otherwise great blender.

I got this blender just 4 months ago as a wedding present. I make smoothies almost everyday. Today I went to make my smoothie and found the jar base has cracked all the way through. I've searched online and have found ZERO replacements for this product. Very disappointing. Feels like such a waste. I really liked that this blender was able to blend smoothly without leaving ice chunks but I would not recommend purchasing it for everyday use.
