Broken base

The plastic base broke after a few uses. There are no replacement parts to be found and I can't find the warranty anymore. What can I do? It still works for now with some masking tape, but that is not going to last much longer. Don't bother buying if you are going to be using constantly.

base blade no good

We used this blender to make salsas and Chile colorado. It was the best blender I had ever purchased but shortly after months, it started to leak. I have attempted to get the part replaced by B&D and totally disappointment .

Broken Plastic piece

I bought this less than a year and the plastic piece broke already and it can't be replaced. And it is very loud! Bummer, wish I would have read reviews before purchasing!!!

Happy to purchase this blender at full price - the pitcher was heavy duty glass. Blender is used 3-5 times per month, and in only 5 months, the base has cracked so significantly we can't use it but for the thickest liquids. The clear plastic base is threaded, and used to secure the blade attachment and seal the bottom. Any reasonable user would want to ensure the base was on tightly, not only to secure the liquids, but against the rotational stress of the motor. This plastic is inferior and cracks easily. Once cracked, it spreads quickly. I've been looking for weeks and cannot find a replacement part available. Time to look for a new blender.

It is worst blender that see it

It can not blend a tomato and a onion. I bought it because it looks very nice and I like the digital buttons but really do not works only to blend water. I don't know how the engineering people approve it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this few months ago, used 4-5 times. The clear plastic base crackec into pieces, now that it is of no use. From the reviews I see many had similar problem. So BEWARE before you buy it.

Broke in less than a month!

We got this as a gift for Christmas as our family loves smoothies! So disappointed that the plastic base connected to the larger pitcher broke already!!! We haven't even had it a month! So far I can't find anywhere to replicate that part, so very disappointed!
