The base one my blender broke as well.

I received this blender as a birthday gift in June of 2016 and have used it almost every day for smoothies, however a couple weeks ago the plastic base of the blender broken, and now leaks. I am looking for replacement parts as I do really like this blender and would prefer not to have to replace the entire blender.

Great blender overall, but no replacements

I bought this blender for my mom. She loves it, specially with the smoothie program, but the plastic base cracked and is now leaking. Is there a place I can get a replacement for it?

Fusion Blade Blender Disaster

I bought this blender to replace a very old, but still functioning blender. Sorry I did that because the new blender developed cracks in the jar base and now it leaks. Impossible to use. Is a replacement part available?

Excellent blender for what I need

Bought this 18 months ago and glad I did! The glass jar is what I wanted most, and this blender fit my budget and needs without having too may intermediate speeds. Smoothie program button is just right.

"Crushes ice into snow" ---False

Bought this blender because it apparently could crush ice with ease. Yeah, no. Once the blades hit an ice cube, it's over until you can free the blades. Although it may not be good with ice, it is able to blend fruits well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved the blender until the base broke. Smoothie program works great. After about 5 months the screw on base broke (needs to be stronger than its made).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
