Like, but base cracked

worked great - however pastic base broke

Worked great for making smoothies and drinks. However plastic base that holds the blade in broke.

Broken jar base!

My husband thought this is one of the better blenders that we've had over the years until the jar base cracked. Now it leaks and we are unable to use it. Have looked on several sites, but unable to find the replacement part. Very disappointing!

Makes Delicious Smooties

My husband bought me the Black and Decker Digital Blender BL1821 last Christmas and I loved it for making smoothies, unfortunately I was having problems with the glass pitcher that goes on the blender not fitting correctly and my husband tried to use it one evening and broke it, am I able to just replace the glass pitcher??
I would recommend this to a friend!

like others the plastic base cracked

had this blender about 6 months. use is maybe twice a week I did like it until the plastic base at the bottom of the glass jar broke. I didnt have much luck trying to find its replacement online but judging by other responses this is a common issue. any idea how i can get a replacement plastic base?

collar cracked!!

I bought this blender, since I have always been satisfied with Black & Decker products in the past! I only used it two times and the plastic collar cracked. I have searched everywhere for a replacement part, to no avail. I see other reviews that this is a common problem.
