Great blender but....

As everyone on here said it, its a great blender but unfortunately the plastic base just broke and now its useless. I am having a hard time finding the replacement for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Blender But????

Its a great blender and we have only used maybe 7 or 8 times in the year and half we have owned it but the same as all reviews, the base is broken and can't find replacement part.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This blender worked well and I really like the smoothie program! However we have had it for only 2 months and now the base broke and there is no replacement part. If they could just produce a hardier replacement!

great blender but broken plastic base

It works very well and I like the convenience of the single serve cups. However, the plastic base for the jar cracked and I need a replacement.

Frustrated with Availability of Replacement Parts

We have enjoyed our blender, but the plastic base ring is broken. Instead of finding a replacement part, I have found a string of reviews, complaining about the problem. Since this is such a consistent problem, perhaps the website should contain a link for customers to order the part instead of requiring them to write a review and wait for customer service to respond.

As with other review the plastic jar base broke after a few months and can't find a replacement. Otherwise was very happy with it.
