Great overall— But gasket is broken.

Love it. Can you tell me where I can get the correct replacement gasket for my model? There are many options online, but nothing lined up quite right with the model number, therefore I’m hesitant to buy anything that isn’t going to fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Same as everyone, the plastic base cracked

I bought this a few months ago and it was working perfectly until the plastic base cracked and now i cannot find a replacement anywhere, is this piece is possible to find ?

The blender is great, but my base has broken, too. I would love to get a replacement base so that I can get more life out of the blender.

Broken Plastic Jar Base

The blender was great until the plastic jar base broke. It’s has been frustrating that I can’t find a replacement part online. Model BL1820.
How can I get that replaced??

I love this blender and have had it for about three months and not had any problems with it until yesterday. The bottom plastic base broke and I have not been able to find a replacement. Help!

Worked great until base cracked....

Purchased our blender in July. Worked great, loved the extra smoothie jars. However, the base has cracked and leaks everywhere now. I see in past reviews this is a common occurrence. If they could fix the base quality, it would be a great blender at its price point.

It appears that I am having the same issue as many others are reporting. Plastic base broken after a year. Machine worked great until now.
