Broken base of course

Like basically every other review our base broke. Glued it back together, then broke again. Glued again. Broke again. Can't repair any longer. Still can't find a replacement part listed anywhere. Would be nice if the part was listed somewhere rather than hoping for a response to a review.

poor product

I guess I should have read the reviews before buying this blender. Our base also cracked and then completely broke after 2 months of use. I can't seem to find a replacement either. Very poor quality.

Another broken base.

Have used the blender successfully for months. Loved the functionality.
Boom. Broken plastic base and locking hub today. Came to this web address looking for info on replacement parts.
Learning quickly that's probably not going to happen.
Disappointing.

Cheap parts, no replacement available

The built is of poor quality, the base broke after just a few uses and I cannot find a replacement. Don’t waste your money on it.

Brittle plastic base

The plastic base which connects the blending jar to the motor is cracked in several places. This part is made from very brittle plastic and doesn't stand up to multiple uses. The glass blending jar is good quality but the base is substandard.
