[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plastic base of the jar is cracked and is not going to last long. Been searching the internet for a page where I can buy it but no succes. Where can I order it???

Plastic base is broken

Great blender, Poor Parts

Another Broken Jar Base

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this Blender for about a year, and functionally it works great. I even bought extra personal smoothie jars as they are convenient for making protein shakes.
However, I do NOT recommend this blender for one reason: the plastic base is of poor quality and liable to crack. As I mentioned, I like to use the personal smoothie jars, so the large jar receives minimal use. I'd estimate that I'd only used it about 20-25 times total before it cracked, rendering the large jar unusable.
I'd give back at least 2 stars if the plastic base was a part I could purchase after-market; but Black+Decker has not made it available.
It's very disappointing.

The plastic base had cracked on my blender. After leaving a review, I was contacted by customer service and they helped me resolve my issue! Great customer service for a great product!
