Love it, BUT

I’m renting a house from someone and was thrilled with this brand new blender in the kitchen. After using about 8 times, the clear plastic base disintegrated. I would like to replace it for the owners. Please advise. Great blender except for the substandard base.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this blender approximately 3 years ago and it has worked flawlessly . But now the plastic base for the glass jar is damaged. Can I get a replacement jar including the plastic base?
I would recommend this to a friend!
