Great Blender but blade separating after 3 months

I bought this blender in December and absolutely love it. Being able to blend and drink from the same cup has shortened the time it takes to make my morning smoothie and get me out the door. However, the blender started leaking a few days ago and after examining it, I noticed the blade has separated from the screw mechanism and it caused some of the liquid to leak out while blending. This should not happen after only 3 months of use. I need a replacement part so I can go back to using and loving my personal blender.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ease of use

Easy to use. Getting extra containers and blades was no problem. Very happy with the produce with one exception, you can't buy replacement gaskets. This is frustrating as the gaskets tend to dislodge when washing. Current solution is to buy a whole new blade which would be like replacing a shoe because a shoelace broke. Many of the reviews of this product have the same comments. Please listen to your customers and made the part available. The lack of being able to buy a gasket separately is the only reason you don't get 5 stars.

I love this blender for making my smoothies! It works great and takes up very little space! I've had it for just over a week and tonight he blade assembly leaked thru to the base. Is there a fix for this? Or replacement?

Bought this for father's day last weekend. We used it today, but when we hit power, nothing works! We've tried multiple outlets but no luck. Such a bummer.

Just What I needed

I needed something strong enough but small and personal for my office. Mixing my shakes in here make them tasted better than shaking them. I am however looking for more jars and lids and I do not see the model number I am looking for. I want two more jars and lids....Part #'s BL1130-07 and BL1130-08

Terrible Bottle/Lid Design

1. The lid design is terrible. Engineering and product testing failed here. a. The “flip” closure portion has a bad design as the hollow portion that seals inside the sip orifice accumulates liquid. Then once the bottle/jar is tilted to drink, it spills out on the person drinking. The plastic piece that comes in contact with the liquid needs to be solid/filled, not hollow. b. The “flip” open and close function of the same piece stopped holding open after a week. The notch/offset designed into the swivel-end is useless. c. In both my bottles/jars, the rim from which one drinks, cracked right on the front. On both, within days of each other. When one snaps the swivel drink lid closed/shut, it may be putting too much force on the rim and it causes it to crack. After they cracked, one cannot shake the bottle/jar to remix as it spills from that crack.
4. The bottle. One of them cracked. Have no idea how as these have never been put in a dishwasher, dropped, or otherwise abused. I did leave one in the car once and it is conceivable it got too hot? But I doubt it as I would have seen it spill on the spot….
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used this once to make a fabulous smoothie. The second time I used it I did not put the jar in properly and totally ruined it. Great machine but be careful the plastic gears are easy to destroy.
