there were a lot of options to select from the set it up. Instructions are pretty good but not the best and they have to be accessed online

The product is a great value. Just started to use the Receiver but I had to learn to use the TV to process and set certain functions. On older systems there were more buttons. Quick start should have Note: to turn on TV for all menu items for tuner especially if not using a smart TV.

Your registration form asks to look on the box to find the serial number. There are about 10 "numbers" on the box, none of which starts with S/N or says "Serial Number"! We have to guess at which one might be the correct one.....fix it....
