Sound quality is very good and it was easy to set up and operate. A few more features would be nice, but at the price it's a great value. Wish th HDMI pass through would work, though

Receiver does a good enough job of delivering the impact and detail one would expect from high resolution audio formats. The FM tuner leaves a little to be desired, but none-the-less, it does it's job. Overall, if you have a BluRay player of TV with networking already (Wi-Fi), this is a GREAT non-networked receiver and will perform well above it's modest price tag!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought a few weeks ago. Great amp/receiver. Great sound, functional, easy. I did not want Bluetooth or WIFI. The speaker banana terminals were actually a pleasant surprise. I liked the speaker connection method, you can use banana jacks or just stripped speaker wire (allows for stripped speaker wires to be solidly "thumb screw style" connected). It is a trusty way to make a good speaker connection. On screen menu is white letters on black, simple and it works well. You can switch all your HDMI sources through this receiver (up to qty 4), makes things easy. Very satisfied.

had the right amount of HDMI/RCA ports, but there are 2 huge fails for a product in the year 2017. 1. The headphone jack is the 1970's-style huge 6.3mm jack, not the commonly used 3.5mm jack. 2. No 3.5mm headphone audio-input jack - so I cannot play music from my cell phone through the receiver. :(

We're glad that you have had this receiver for 2 years. We understand how connecting a turntable is important to you. Since the PHONO input is not available, the turntable must have a built-in amplifier or an in-line amplifier must be used to connect the turntable to another input on the stereo system. You may also want to consider the STRDH190.
