Disappointed in GE

This refrigerator was a huge disappointment. First, there's no way to stabilize the appliance, i.e. no legs, so the appliance easily rolls when doors are opened and closed. Second, the water line to the door lays completely on the hardwood flooring. And the water line is the cheapest looking plastic GE could find.
Just disappointed in this purchase and in the general quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just delivered yesterday. Fridge: Lighting is horrible. Most of fridge stays dim. Plus light takes up way too much room. Bottom bin is only half as deep as the other bin. Bottom door shelves are the depth of a Smucker's jam jar. Freezer: Bottom shelf is half deep and then it there is a little area to hold something else. Really doesn't hold as much as it appears in photos. I will be keeping appliance as need as we will be moving soon and not taking with to new home. Oh, one good thing about this SS model is that magnets do work on it!

I like the counter-depth, but not impressed with storage. My old early '90's GE side by side had a 2 large drawers & a deli drawer. This one just has 2 drawers at the bottom of the fridge. Noise-wise it's similar, only it doesn't run continuously like my old one did. I'm wondering if there is a drawer I can buy? Also I like the slate front, but not the stainless handles.

Freezer was missing all the door racks for the shelving from the manufacture, poor quality control.

I love this refrigerator with the exception that the light fixture takes up a lot of room. Not that big of a deal as there is only two of us in our household so we don't need that much except during the holidays.

I needed anew fridge and this one fit my needs. Wanted grey and not stainless and GE was one od only two with grey models.

Poor lighting

We bought this model 6 months ago. Very disappointed as there is only one dome light for the entire refrigerator. Therefore all the shelves and drawers are very dark. We keep a LED flashlight in the refrigerator. The picture ge shows makes it look bright inside. It's not.
