Clean lines, looks good

Pretty happy with our new fridge. We used to have a French Door style, but I’m liking this side by side, seems roomy enough for us. So happy that we could get one in White! Top shelf on the fridge door is a cheese compartment with a pivoting clear plastic door to cover it…ours was delivered a little too narrow to stay in it’s little molded posts, so it kept falling off every time we closed the fridge door! We have removed this little compartment door to avoid this aggravation.

Last GE refrigerator lasted 20 years !

Operations are great temps holding steady. The dome light at top too big and doesn’t provide much light to lower half of refrigerator. Sometimes when it is running g to here is a loud buzzing sound. Open the door and close it sometimes makes noise vanish

Too small

I hate this fridge with a passion, mainly how inconvenient it is. Inside is very narrow and small. This is not the fridge to have if you have more than 2 people in your family. It’s too freakin small. I can’t wait to get rid of it and buy me a new good size fridge

GE refrigerator

After 2 damaged and defective ones we finally got a good one delivered. Not a whole lot of room in freezer area , bottom freezer would have been a better option.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Works great, but a lot of wasted space in both freezer and refrigerator. Could easily have added another shelf and drawer in the refrigerator. Ice maker takes up too much space in freezer and is very awkward to access. Definitely not worth the price.

Great except that the manual and installation instructions don't show how to level it or even mention that it can be leveled. This cause great trouble and delay upon delivery.

Not Enough Light

It's white, fits right, but has bad light. The light in top hangs down too far and lights up slowly when you open the door. Why would you want a refrigerator light to turn on slowly? No light in the bottom either. Had to put light strip in the bottom. The refrigerator is fairly quiet and the filter does a good job,but it's in the way, being in the food storage area. The filter is a XWFE, and it appears it isn't sold by anyone but GE. If you don't need a counter depth refrigerator I would suggest looking at the GE 21.8, it has better lighting and a better price.
