Too small

Inside the space is too small. Too much humidity in the refrigerator side. The water dispenser is terrible drips.

bad lighting

Refrigerator works fine but the lighting is terrible. I thought I could get used to it but after a month it still annoys me. Too dark to see what is in the bottom 2 shelves. In the previous model, there was great lighting, a third drawer, and deeper door shelves. Also, a lot of space is lost on the top shelf and back due to the ridiculously large light fixture that gives off no light. Since the space in the kitchen is very limited in depth and width sizes this is the model that always seems to fit. Very disappointed.

Good but could be better

Had to buy a fridge to fit certain dimensions as I was replacing an older built in GE. This was the only model that fit the space. Like the look but the lighting inside is way too dark. Only one

Unit Leveling and Door Adjustment Inadequate

The height of the two rear wheels is not adjustable, so adjusting the height of the two front wheels is the only way to attempt to level the unit, which means that the rear of the unit cannot be made level from side to side except with the use of a floor shim.
The height of the doors can be adjusted so that they are even at the top and bottom, but there is no adjustment for moving either the top or bottom of the doors left or right, so if the gap between the doors at the top is different than the gap between the doors at the bottom, it cannot be corrected. In our case, the space between the doors at the top was 1/4", but the distance between them at the bottom was only 1/8". While this does not seem to be a great variance, is is visibly noticeable, and for the price of the unit, we were disappointed to discover that it is not correctable due to a lack of any lateral adjustments with the top or bottom hinges.
There are only two large drawers in lower portion of the refrigerator side. A single large drawer for vegetables is great, but a single large drawer for everything else (meats, cheeses, etc.) is quite inconvenient. We never need a large drawer for meats alone, and we don't like mixing anything else with our meats. Two smaller drawers above one large drawer would have been preferred.
The interior lighting of the refrigerator side (which I belive is via an LED fixture in the top) is not sufficient. While the shelves are glass, if even a few items are on the upper shelves, very little light makes it's way to the lower shelves or the drawers at the bottom. A second light on the back wall right above the drawers would solve this problem.
All in all, we chose this refrigerator because our stove/microwave unit and cooktop were both GE products, the online photos made this unit look nice (as our local store did not have a floor model to inspect), and we needed a "counter depth" unit that would fit into our available opening (which this one did), and our last refrigerator was a GE that we loved, but the usability and features on this new model are nowhere near what we had on our previous unit. We used to consider GE a reputable brand with outstanding quality and modern features, but it looks like they have dropped a notch or two in the last couple of years. As a result, we will certainly be looking at products from other manufacturers next time we need a major appliance.

Very poor lighting

All is excellent with the refrigerator as far as looks and performance. Only problem is the lighting is so bad that with the exception of the top shelf it looks like I'm looking into a dark refrigerator. They had to know this is poor quality lighting when passing through quality control and passed anyway.

Very small interior. Lacking one drawer that was available in the old GE Profile.
Door shelves too small. Shiny exterior always shows dust and fingerprints.
Unfortunately it was the only refrigerator that would fit in our built-in space.

To be honest, I would not recommend this fridge. It seems small width-wise and does not come with a deli drawer and as one less shelf in the freezer than any refrigerator/freezer I have ever owned. For the price, I am not impressed. :(
