I have always bought GE products because they are reliable and well made. I especially like my new refrigerator because of its size for just my husband and I.

Lovely Refrigerator

Received this fridge as a replacement for an old GE fridge that was leaking. Had an old stainless steel fridge and this black is lovely. My only complaint is fingerprints will show. So, I’ll be fighting that battle with two kids. Plenty of space but for regular items. If you are storing larger items in cooking pans, it will be a challenge. Freezer has enough space. Ice and water dispenser is great. Just don’t like when the excess water drips from the dispenser. So be aware.

Two negative issues noted: First, in - door water and ice dispenser use same controls. Previous fridge had separate controls which I much prefer. Second, interior lighting is insufficient for lower shelves.

Frig is OK but could be better

I like the look, space and features, but am dissatisfied with the fan noise. If it's this noisy now, i fear how loud it will be in a year when the warranty has expired. Also, the ice maker design could be better. Ice always spills on the floor when using. I expected more given the price of the frig. I wouldn't disparage the frig, but i wouldn't recommend it either
