Good storage features

We really like everything about this refrigerator except the interior lighting. It is too dim to light the lower shelves and storage bins. But everything else is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to set up, lots of room for food, great shelfs. Very well packaged for delivery to the house. Arrived in prefect condition, no complaints so far will rate again later down the road.

the fridge works great, especially the icemaker. However the big drawback is the fact that there is not enough lighting inside the fridge . My family has a hard time seeing our products below the top shelf. NEEDS MORE INTERIOR LIGHTING!!!!!!!

Very Nice Counter Depth Refrigerator

We received our GE counter depth refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and so far so good. The only complaint we have is that there isn't enough light inside. We purchased a battery operated motion detection light and placed it on the bottom shelf. Now whenever we open it the door, that light comes on and really helps. Other then the lack of light we love our new GE refrigerator.

We would recommend you double check to ensure a single large food item or container is not positioned in such a way that it is blocking the light cover which could hamper the light distribution. If this is not the case, we would recommend having service check the unit. Please call 1-800-432-2737 M-F 7am-10pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-6pm ET to schedule a service appointment. We do value your feedback regarding the lack of a deli/meat pan on this model. Perfect size!

I particularly enjoy the refrigerator size and sleekness. I didn't find the light inside too dim like other reviews stated. Additionally, the freezer size has not been an issue - we don't eat too much frozen food so the fit is just right. The water dispenser is great and the hum of the fridge isn't too loud. Minor downside is that I wish it came with one more drawer for the fridge side, that would really help but doesn't take away from my overall love of it.
