Also a fan makes a loud noise just recently.

Great, spacious, cleverly designed fridge, love the amount of room for organizing food....One small downside- our family is near-vegetarian, and the drawer space for fruit and veggies is somewhat inadequate...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had this for 2 years. other than two service calls to correct a defrost problem the fridge has been very good. the first service call (after 6 months) relocated the defrost sensor. about 8 months later the problem came back (ice build up on defrost coils causing ice buildup in the fridge behind crisper bins). This time they replaced the full back panel. Lucky for us we purchased an extended warranty otherwise it would have been a costly fix. The Door in Door is a great feature as is the "lift" handle on the freezer drawer.

This new LG Studio refrigerator is perfect in style and efficiency. It has a lot of room inside, the shelves are easy to rearrange and it is easy to clean.

We purchased this LG based on the company’s reputation in the electronics business. Sadly this does not apply to this refrigerator. The linear compressor is wonderfully quiet but has a poor life expectancy. Even the repairs don’t last long. How disappointing for such an expensive refrigerator.
