Roku 2 is what I needed to fulfill my horror fix..

I decided to get the Roku-2 when I learned that it was my only way to get Shudder, but I was happily surprised of how much more is available. I absolutely love it and its the only device I watch other than my DVD player. I watch movies mostly - horror, sci fi and there are many channels that fulfill my needs. I am so happy I got and I should have ordered it earlier!

I gave up a leading satellite subscription when my 2 year contract was completed. I bought the Roku 2 (2015 model) about a month ago. It was purchased and placed in my daughter's room and now I will be buying another one for the living room today! Small in size so it fits anywhere and takes up minimal room. So easy to install - up and running in less than 10 minutes. The remote comes with a few "hot buttons" located at the bottom that allow you to go directly to Netflix, Amazon, and Sling. We are very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to add a streaming device to their entertainment arsenal.

Watching the NCAA Basketballl Tournament on Roku

Got the Roku 2 free with three months prepaid Sling TV so we could watch the NCAA tournament games on TBS, TNT, ant TruTV. So far it's been very good. Setup was super easy and we are enjoying other stations such as HGTV and CNN as well.

Possibly, our WI-FI may be not strong enough to get us "buffering free" results.

The Roku 2 is fast and the HD picture is excellent. If you don't need the voice search provided by Roku 3, the Roku 2 is the best choice out there.
