I work + have home health care duties. Just have not used the unit yet except once & never did get to finish the show. Maybe later when I can take a vacation day & not have a severe cold.

It's alright but not what I expected

I bought this because we don't have cable. When I try to watch something you either have to pay for it or sign in with a cable provider.. Can't watch much since we don't have a cable provider.

Good product, but recently many audio issues

It worked well, but recently I see intermittently ado will become mute and comes back within a minute, while video still shows fine while this problem happens. When googled found this problem is faced by many people. I contacted Roku through their online chat, they fixed one time, but issue is coming again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few weeks ago and love it. Very simple set up and a breeze to use. Very user friendly, anyone can figure it out. Also can't beat it price wise for what's on the market. Definitely a great buy.

Poor connectivity

I've only had it for a week and every time I'm watching a show or movie on Amazon or Netflix it needs to stop and buffer at least twice per episode and three times per movie. I doubled checked my internet connection and it's not a problem on that end. I also have an Amazon Fire tv and that is way faster and doesn't stop to buffer at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
