Nice addition to cable TV

had been thinking about this purchase for a bit. DirecTV and Pandora was clashing. This worked perfect and let me watch a lot of ON Demand tv.

ROKU 2 A BIG STEP UP

I replaced my Roku 1 with a Roku 2. The 2 is much, much faster and will play all channels. The 1 got where it was not up to present day demands; lots of freezes. The new interface is easier and more appealing.

Enjoy hte roku but the remote has never worked. I have to use my phone

Issues with 5.1 pass through for Netflix, etc

HDMI tv pass through with optical works for Roku media player with 5.1 Dolby digital and DTS. However, does not work for Netflix, Amazon Video and other apps. I don't have DDplus, but it all works on my Amazon Fire TV
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little box

Fantastic streaming with a small inconspicuous black box. Don't even notice it. Really pleased and have been able to watch all the NCAA games.

very easy to use all the web sites were easy to access remote was a breeze hook up was very easy all my friends say they like it can move the roku from tv to tv without any problems going to by more of them
