Nothing ever works

Almost all apps shut down or show error messages. When I can get it to finally play something, it cuts out. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Could only hope the roku 3 and 4 are better. Only been having it for 2 months at maximum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Roku

I had to send the first one back as there were problems with loud audio static, but the replacement seems to be fine.
I had a Roku2 XS for over 3 years that still worked great. However, the remote died and it appears that you no longer carry remotes for this model so I had to replace the whole unit.

I had Apple TV and Google/Chrome TV and they don't compare to Roku. Roku is the best and the easiest to use and has the best variety of content. Roku has the others beat hands down

Sadly I have to unplug it. I'm sure I must be doing something wrong but even the simple instructions do t say how to turn it off
