Great speed, nice upgrade for my original 2 XS

Very fast and does everything I expected. This is an upgrade to my 4-5 year old Roku 2 XS so is a very nice replacement. Only issue I have with it is the useless rdio button that points to a bankrupt service that I can't change to something useful.

This Roku 2 is a lot faster then my old roku 2, which is still in service with the shop tv. Love Roku . Cut my satellite years ago. Don't need it. I have everything right here on my Roku 2.

This is my 3rd Roku. I changed the Roku 1 to Roku 2 because of the closed caption feature. I'm getting hard of hearing. This 2015 Roku is better than my 2013 because it goes on to the the next episode without asking.

This is a great streaming device, my roomate has the old Roku 2 model and mine does work faster and better. I have also used a streaming stick and the new Roku 2 is still better. The only issue I have come across is sometimes Hulu Plus freezes and I just got the home button and restart it without any issues. Not sure if this is because of the Roku 2 or Hulu Plus.

Easy for tech phobic

being an older person I have put off streaming any tv because I thought it would be complicated.
However Roku set up was easy as pie. Just connected it, plugged it in and followed onscreen instructions. Right away I was watching Netflix.

My roomie and I are preparing to sever ties with DISH Network, and this is a step in the right direction. I highly recommend the Roku 2 device to aid in your transition.

Great for non smart TV

I bought Roku just to be able to see Acorn TV. Easy to set up and use. I am exploring other channels now, too! I like the USB capability of playing movies. I can copy movies to the stick and play them in the camper when there is no wifi. Casting and mirroring work great also. Downloaded movies on my tablet can be viewed without wifi and even games.
