Roku 2 an improvement over my previous Roku 2 XD

The player processes quickly and has been great to work with. My only complaint is that I have to aim my remote directly at the player or it won't respond. The previous Roku 2 XD wasn't as finicky in this regard.

I got the Roku 2 through a slingTV promotion. I tried slingTV first with a Chromecast I already had, and was not satisfied with the performance (buffering.... buffering...). I stopped slingTV until this promotion and gave them a try again. The Roku2 works flawlessly with slingTV and all the other channels available via Roku. The free channels have lots of commercials, but the video quality is good. And the setup was very quick and easy.

THIS IS MY SECOND ROKU 2. OBVIOUSLY, I LIKED THE FIRST. I PLUGGED IT IN AND PROGRAMMED IT. SIMPLE ENOUGH. IT WORKS! AND SOMEDAY WHEN I'M NOT ANSWERING REQUESTS FOR REVIEWS, I'LL ACTUALLY USE IT TO WATCH SOMETHING.

Got the Roku through Sling TV. We are very pleased with both services's! My wife and I aren't tech type people. So this is new to us. We're left wondering why everyone who pays for cable haven't discovered Roku and Sling TV. The Roku is awesome and all the free sites that it offers are incredible.
