Good product except for remote

The roku 2 is a good product, but we have had trouble with the remote control not working at times. We have had it for 3 weeks now and replaced the batteries 3 times with new fresh ones. Sometimes that doesn't always fix it.

I received mine a week ago, can't tell you how much we enjoy it, I had another brand for streaming and you can't add channels and you cant use a chip for more memory, I gave a Roku 3 to my mom and my sister tried to take it so now she got herself a Roku 2 and I got one for myself, what can I say we are a Roku family!
