Great Streaming Device

Roku 2 is so easy to install, took about 10 minutes to install and set up all my streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc....) Easy to use and the picture quality is great and no buffering problems, like there is with other streaming devices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this to replace a cable box. Who knew this would be a viable option? It's great. Very easy user friendly remote control and everything is clearly laid out on every screen. I wish I had purchased this years ago instead of wasting money on cable boxes. It's so small and so powerful. Very pleased with our Roku!

Pros: price. Plays YouTube videos in perpetuity unlike Apple TV. Click screen saver.
Cons:
Remote doesn't turn TV on/off or adjust TV volume, slow, can't turn off without unlpluging

I decided to cut cable and try streaming. I wish I had years ago now. The Roku 2 is extremely easy to set up and gives acces to many free channels as well as subscription channels available. Huge savings over cable and more content we are interested in.

Bought Roku2 3 weeks ago, I followed on screen instructions with good results, picture quality is good and operation is easy. I changed TVs and encountered a few challenges but got through it and all is good now. I am going to buy another Roku for another room.

ability to control online tv with the remote

The ability to control online tv such as sling tv makes this product a good purchase but I would also like the ability to surf the web so I will continue my search for the right media player for me. In the mean time I will be satisfied with my Roku 2!
